How it works

The band is determined by the mid-point of the base valuation range before uplift is applied. The multiplier scales both the low and high of the offer symmetrically.

Example: base offer £3,200–£3,460 → mid £3,330 → Band 4 (×1.20) → final £3,840–£4,152.
